•The box body is made of galvanized steel plate, the load-bearing parts are designed with stiffeners, and the fixed hole position is stretched to prevent deformation;
•The whole machine is well sealed to improve air cleanliness;
•Rear return air and bottom return air can be freely exchanged;
•Flocking cotton is pasted at the air outlet, top plate, side plate and bottom plate to prevent cold bridge and condensation.
Coil:
•High quality seamless copper pipe (copper content > 99.99%);
•Louver type hydrophilic aluminum heat radiating fin (the hydrophilic coating base is provided with resin anti-corrosion coating);
•Mechanical tube expansion technology makes copper tube and aluminum sheet closely combined to strengthen heat exchange;
•Large U-bend process to reduce coil solder joints;
•V-shaped design, increase heat exchange area, improve heat exchange efficiency and reduce unit noise;
•Countercurrent design of water flow to improve the heat exchange efficiency of coil.
Drain connecting pipe:
•The special connection form of the pipe makes the pipe fixing more precise and convenient;
•Built in condensate water channel to prevent condensate from dripping into the ceiling.
Exhaust valve:
•The built-in exhaust valve makes the exhaust easier;
•The discharged water flows directly to the condensate pan in the unit, and the condensate flow is placed to the ceiling;
•The exhaust valve is set at the highest point inside the unit for more thorough exhaust;
•There is no need to set an exhaust valve on the top of the water pipe, which is more convenient for insulation.
Water Tray:
•The water tray is made of B grade flame-retardant polystyrene foam material, and the heat conduction coefficient is 1‰ of the traditional carbon steel water plate.
•The inner surface of the drainage pan is also attached with a layer of thermoplastic film to improve the thermal insulation effect and eliminate the phenomenon of condensation on the outer surface.
•The drainage pan adopts built-in design, which does not occupy extra space.
