2.2 Unit maintenance service
The service life of air conditioning is generally 10 years, about 15 years under the correct maintenance. Climaveneta provides regular maintenance, can improve the performance of air conditioning, prolong the service life of air conditioning, reduce the cost of electricity and equipment renewal and ensure that the equipment is trouble-free operation, so that users maintain the highest operating efficiency of air conditioning.

  2.2.1 Maintenance Contract with normal maintenance labour only

1. During the operation of the unit, Climaveneta assigns relatively fixed professionals to work with the customer to conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the unit, and the Climaveneta party submits a maintenance report.

2. During the maintenance service period, Climaveneta is responsible for the inspection of the unit before the conversion of the cooling-heating/heating-cooling mode, and proposes a maintenance plan, which will be inspected every quarter.
       
3. Services include checking the performance and operating conditions of the machine and help to replace small parts.

Maintenance Contract with labour and Consumptions(oil & filter core)

1. During the operation of the unit, Climaveneta assigns professionals to conduct regular inspections, maintenance, etc., and submit a maintenance report.

2. During the maintenance service period, during the transition season, Climaveneta is responsible for inspecting the unit before the mode conversion, and proposing a maintenance plan, which will be inspected every quarter.

3. The replacement parts that need to be paid during the contract period are: evaporator, condenser, compressor, main board, and display. Except for the above 5 items, all other spare parts and consumables such as refrigerant and refrigerating oil are free of charge for customers.

4. Provide oil change maintenance and wearing parts replacement once a year.

5. Emergency maintenance: During the maintenance agreement, when the unit fails to operate, Climaveneta will arrive at the site within 24 hours of the working day and 48 hours on holidays to repair the equipment after receiving the customer's notice for repairs.

3. During the contract period, the customer does not need to pay for all spare parts and consumables such as refrigerant, freezing oil and other consumables that are damaged by non-customer reasons.

4. Provide oil change maintenance and wearing parts replacement once a year.

5. Emergency maintenance: During the maintenance agreement, when the unit fails to operate, Climaveneta will arrive at the site within 24 hours of the working day and 48 hours on holidays to repair the equipment after receiving the customer's notice of repair.
