ERACS.C-N&ERACS.E-N Series Cooling capacity: 252~1341KW Heating capacity:260~1363KW The air-cooled heat pump unit is a central air-conditioning unit that uses air as the cold and heat source and water as the cooling medium to meet the annual cooling and heating needs of buildings or process systems. The unit can be directly installed on the roof or outdoor space without special machine room, cooling tower, cooling water pump and cooling water pipeline system. The whole system has simple structure and convenient application, and can be widely used in shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, factories, office buildings and other different types of buildings. Climaveneta air-cooled heat pump unit not only has the standard cold and hot water unit used in central air conditioning, but also has the waste heat utilization chiller to meet the needs of users. Climaveneta's advanced heat recovery technology maximizes the use of energy and protects the environment. Climaveneta multi-functional heat pump unit meets the diverse needs of users and greatly facilitates users.

Frame Structure Description:

Base and frame in thick hot-galvanised shaped sheet steel. All parts polyesters-painted.

Compressor Description:

1. Semi-hermetic screw compressor specially designed for HFC134a with higher compression efficiency under full load as well as part load;
2. Precisely manufactured twin-screw rotor with aircraft-grade bear featuring in high reliability, low noise, low vibration and stable running;
3. The motor drive the bear directly with least moving component and wearing part that cause no energy loss and higher mechanical efficiency;
4. Automatically adjust power output according to load by microprocessor. The slide valve is fixed for stepless control and increase part load performance.

         

Evaporator Description:

1. Direct expansion heat exchanger type with asymmetric refrigerant paths to maintain the correct refrigerant velocity inside the tubes during both liquid and gaseous phases.Not only can the refrigerant be fully evaporated, but also the circulating resistance of the circuit is reduced.
2. Compared with the symmetrical structure, the asymmetric evaporator not only has higher heat exchange efficiency, but also has higher oil return effect.
3. The steel shell is insulated with a closed-cell anticondensation lining. The copper pipes are internally grooved so as to improve the heat exchange. The pipes are mechanically expanded onto the tube plate ends. An antifreeze electric heater prevents the formation of ice inside the casing of the exchanger when the unit is not operating but connected to the electrical supply. Differential pressure switch for controlling the water flow is fitted standard.
4. The design, manufacture and inspection of the evaporator comply with national standards and regulations for pressure vessels such as GB / 150 steel pressure vessels and JB / 4765 pressure vessels for refrigeration devices.

 

Condenser:

1. The inverted M-shaped structure is adopted to increase the heat exchange area on the premise of constant unit volume; Uniform wind speed distribution, high-performance heat exchange, reduced frosting time during heating, and improved heating and defrosting performance;
2. The air-cooled condenser adopts the original secondary refrigerant circuit technology, which is composed of copper tubes through aluminum fins. The end of the condenser is connected with the auxiliary refrigeration circuit, so that the refrigerant is in the supercooling state, and the internal thread tube is used to increase the heat exchange area and Freon disturbance;
3. With corrugated sheet design, the condenser of the unit is not easy to be blocked, the maintenance cost of the unit is reduced and the service life is longer; The aluminum sheet adopts thickened design, which is not easy to collapse;

         

Control Cabinet:

●The unit startup and microcomputer control parts are integrated into the same control cabinet and located at the front of the unit, which is convenient for the on-site operators to operate in the machine room and between the units. The maintenance of all electrical parts can be carried out at the front of the unit.
● The electrical control box is made of high-quality steel plate, and the external surface has been galvanized and anti-corrosion treatment, which can effectively protect the electrical components of the unit.
● For the safety of the operator, once the host is powered on, the operator will not be able to open the isolation board between the control and electrical components to ensure the safety of the operator.

● New generation regulation system with human-computer interface, better extended utility, supervision and compatibility.
● Panel screen on the unit, easy operation, better protection Microprocessor regulation fulfill human-free running.
● W3000 with LCD display, multi-language & multilevel menu for data display & set-point regulation .According to CLIMAVENETA tradition, another display of compressor’ working data is adopted for easy supervision.
● Dedicated W3000 microprocessor is inserted with CLIMAVENETA control algorithm to make sure energy saving and reliability.
● FIFO compressor running time balance function extends unit’ working life;
● Auto compressor power input control following with load change from 25-100% for energy saving;
● Environment adaptation by data regulation and setting;
● Modulating measurement is used for temperature pressure protection. It can increase reliability and predict fault occurs.
● Expansion kit for remote control and group control.
● Available in BMS control, such as ModBus, LonWorks, BacNet control system.
● Microprocessor have complete fault predict, alarm, record and self diagnose function assuring operation protection & working state.
● “Black Box” record 400 faults and 200 data before each fault, which diagnose & remove fault quickly
