High efficiency optimization monitoring system is the leading control solution for improving energy efficiency and optimizing management of chiller/heat pump room.
  High efficiency optimization monitoring system ensures that the chilled/hot water system achieves and maintains high efficiency, and fully reduces the energy consumption of each part.
The performance feedback loop is used to analyze, diagnose, measure, adjust and verify the system in real time, so as to continuously adjust the system equipment of the cold water/heat pump room in the best running state.
The built-in programming wizard system is used to adapt to different equipment room configurations, and functions such as human-machine interface, report analysis, and real-time alarm are configured to meet user customization requirements.

The software development of the system is based on a reliable software platform, embedding a set of complex control and optimization procedures and displaying information in a transparent way. The physical level uses industry standard communication protocols for upstream and downstream data interaction, thus reducing on-site design activities. 

Architecture features:
● Cloud deployment applications are suitable for multi-project customers, integrating important data into the cloud platform to facilitate project benchmarking management and unified deployment.
● The local deployment application is suitable for single project customers. The software adopts B/S network architecture to realize distributed access to multiple customers at the same time. 
● The protocol standard and stable bus network are used to integrate the underlying devices, optimize the system structure and shorten the debugging time.
● The system has stronger openness, compatibility, convenient integration with the third party control system.

Logical energy saving strategies are listed as follows::

● Intelligent sequencing and segmental control based on unit performance curve
● Adjust the temperature setting value based on the algorithm
● Variable flow optimization of primary pump
● Variable flow optimization of secondary pump

Software Function Description:

● The whole system equipment monitoring: through the visual interface display, convenient for operators and managers to achieve the overall deployment of data can catch the tide of the whole system.
● Logical optimization control: The system optimizes the management system by providing logical policies with multi-dimensional complexity.
● Alarm protection reminder: when abnormal information is detected, the system will issue a fault alarm and prompt the management personnel to check and troubleshoot the fault.
● Real-time data curves and reports: the software stores the running data in the data server, so that it is convenient to view all kinds of real-time data curves and export customized data reports, so as to facilitate the management personnel to re-disk, energy analysis and precise management of project data.

Hardware configuration description:

Relying on the international first-line brand controller, the energy-saving optimized control cabinet is developed, which integrates the system operation strategy, control logic, alarm protection and other functions. Relying on the external signal parameters of access, the energy-saving optimized control logic is applied to the underlying equipment, which can comprehensively improve the operation energy efficiency of the unit, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving.
