Cooling capacity:45~332kW Heating capacity:48~362kW Heat recovery: 55kW-420kW AQS Air-cooled Chiller & Heat Pump with Scroll Compressors adopts environmentally friendly refrigerant R410A refrigerant and is equipped with mature system design. The unit meets the national second-level energy-saving level. The unit can provide single cooling unit, heat pump unit and full heat recovery unit , Four-control unit, to meet the different needs of users. The unit is a reverse circulation air source heat pump, which saves the cooling tower, cooling water pump and cooling water system, saves the investment and operation cost of the cooling system, and can be directly installed on the roof or outdoors without a dedicated machine room. The unit has a wide range of uses and is suitable for various air-conditioning occasions such as hospitals, hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, etc., and can meet the needs of air-conditioning, heating and hot water throughout the year.

Frame Structure Description:

Overall frame structure description The overall support frame and bottom plate of the unit are made of galvanized steel sheet (RAL7045) whose outer surface has been painted, with high strength and strong anti-corrosion ability. The unit is equipped with compressor and refrigeration components as standard protective panels to protect the unit and effectively block noise transmission. The layout of the unit has undergone three-dimensional optimization design, the layout is compact, and the optimized shape ratio requires less maintenance and repair space, which significantly saves space.

Compressor Description:

Design of the exhaust runner to reduce compressor noise;
The design of the transmission components improves the reliability of the compressor;
Use PVE lubricating oil to improve the lubrication performance and oil return performance of the compressor;
Shell/inner shell design: The compressor motor adopts suction cooling and does not directly contact with lubricating oil, so the oil circulation rate is low;
Suction airflow design, the lubricating oil is mainly stored in the interlayer of the inner shell, and the suction does not agitate the lubricating oil;
Scroll design makes the unit more stable and more efficient;



Evaporator Description:

Adopt AISI316 stainless steel brazed plate heat exchanger for efficient heat exchange. The surface is covered with closed-cell neoprene insulation material to prevent condensation on the surface of the plate heat exchanger; and the plate heat exchanger is built in to prevent the plate heat exchanger from being frozen under harsh conditions.


Condenser:

The air-side heat exchanger adopts the design of hydrophilic aluminum foil, which improves the drainage capacity of condensed water and improves the heat exchange effect; the copper tube adopts the design of high-efficiency internal thread copper tube to improve the heat exchange effect of the refrigerant.

Control Cabinet:

●The unit startup and microcomputer control parts are integrated into the same control cabinet and located at the front of the unit, which is convenient for the on-site operators to operate in the machine room and between the units. The maintenance of all electrical parts can be carried out at the front of the unit.
● The electrical control box is made of high-quality steel plate, and the external surface has been galvanized and anti-corrosion treatment, which can effectively protect the electrical components of the unit.
● For the safety of the operator, once the host is powered on, the operator will not be able to open the isolation board between the control and electrical components to ensure the safety of the operator.


Control System:

The unit adopts a microcomputer intelligent control system, which can automatically adjust the temperature and air flow. In case of failure, it can take protective actions, alarm and record in time, and can monitor the network to achieve unattended. Multi-language menus and shortcut keys, common status parameters are graphical, and the operating status of the unit is clear at a glance. Compressor running time is even function, prolonging the life of the whole machine. The microcomputer intelligent controller has perfect fault protection, alarm, recording and analysis functions, and has protection functions such as high and low pressure switches, overload, overcurrent, overheating, exhaust temperature, water flow, and antifreeze, and realizes fault recording and alarm display.

Electric Expansion Valve:

The unit adopts electronic expansion valve, which has the following characteristics:
 Precisely control the refrigerant flow and optimize the heat transfer performance of the evaporator
 According to the control and adjustment of the suction superheat of the unit, the performance is more stable
 Improve the unit’s deviation from working conditions and low-load operation efficiency
 Rapid response, rapid adjustment according to load changes, stable outlet water temperature of the unit

Energy efficient:

The whole series of units meet the requirements of the national second-level energy-saving grade, and some units reach the first-level energy efficiency.

Innovative Intelligent Defrost Function (CLIMAVENETA Patent):

The reverse cycle type intelligent defrost function introduce the self-adjust technology which can automatically modify and regulate the judgement and data for next defrosting according to the change of ambient air temperature, humidity and defrost time as well as the difficult level of last defrosting. So the defrost no longer need manual adjusting and it can be fit for all kinds of weather condition.
