FOCSWATER.E-INV screw chiller is ideal for both commercial and industrial applications and especially suitable for large comfort complexes with variable population and unstable cooling demand, such as railway, hotel, hospital, etc.

Frame Structure Description:

●Base and frame in thick hot-galvanised shaped sheet steel. All parts polyesters-painted.
●The unit structure layout is convenient, compact and simple. The compressor, evaporator and condenser are arranged in layers from top to bottom, and other refrigeration components are arranged along the periphery of the frame, so that users can fully grasp the operation status of the unit, effectively protect the evaporator and condenser during transportation, machine room installation and daily operation, and make maintenance more convenient. The layout in the unit is designed through three-dimensional optimization, with compact layout, optimized shape proportion, small maintenance and repair space required, small area occupied in the machine room, and significant space saving.

Compressor Description:

● Semi-hermetic twin screw compressors with special designed for HFC 134a,featuring in high efficiency compression and operation under full load and part load condition;

● Precisely manufactured twin rotor and aerospace-grade bear result in reliable performance, low noise and stable operation;

● Direct-drives motor and least moving part make whole the unit without other energy lost which also contribute to better operation efficiency.

● Variable frequency and slide valve are used for capacity control, and the capacity control range is 15%~100%.
 

Evaporator Description:

● Full liquid high-efficiency evaporator is adopted, and the evaporation pipe is completely immersed in boiling liquid refrigerant, which effectively improves the refrigeration capacity and energy efficiency ratio of the unit.

●The patented ultra-high efficiency enhanced heat transfer tube has rolled threads outside the tube, which greatly improves the boiling evaporation of refrigerant and facilitates bead condensation, and significantly reduces the heat transfer temperature difference inside and outside the tube.

●Enhanced heat transfer inside the tube increases water side disturbance and turbulent heat transfer.

●The chilled water flows inside the pipe to facilitate cleaning and maintenance.

Condenser:

Control Cabinet:

●The unit startup and microcomputer control parts are integrated into the same control cabinet and located at the front of the unit, which is convenient for the on-site operators to operate in the machine room and between the units. The maintenance of all electrical parts can be carried out at the front of the unit.

● The electrical control box is made of high-quality steel plate, and the external surface has been galvanized and anti-corrosion treatment, which can effectively protect the electrical components of the unit.

● For the safety of the operator, once the host is powered on, the operator will not be able to open the isolation board between the control and electrical components to ensure the safety of the operator.

Control System:

● New generation regulation system with human-computer interface, better extended utility, supervision and compatibility.

● Panel screen on the unit, easy operation, better protection Microprocessor regulation fulfill human-free running.

● W3000 with LCD display, multi-language & multilevel menu for data display & set-point regulation. According to CLIMAVENETA tradition, another display of compressor’ working data is adopted for easy supervision.

● Dedicated W3000 microprocessor is inserted with CLIMAVENETA control algorithm to make sure energy saving and reliability.

● FIFO compressor running time balance function extends unit’ working life;

● Auto compressor power input control following with load change from 25-100% for energy saving;

● Environment adaptation by data regulation and setting;

● Modulating measurement is used for temperature pressure protection. It can increase reliability and predict fault occurs.

● Expansion kit for remote control and group control.

● Available in BMS control, such as ModBus, LonWorks, BacNet control system.

● Microprocessor have complete fault predict, alarm, record and self diagnose function assuring operation protection & working state.

● “Black Box” record 400 faults and 200 data before each fault, which diagnose & remove fault quickly
