1. High voltage alarm:

Check whether the outdoor fan runs normally. If not, repair or replace the fan (air cooling unit only)
Check whether the cooling tower is faulty, if so, overhaul the cooling tower or replace it (water cooling unit only)
Check whether the pipe water flow is too small. If so, check whether the cooling pump is faulty and repair or replace it
Check whether there is too much refrigerant in the compressor. If so, discharge the excess refrigerant
Check whether the condenser is too dirty, if so, clean the condenser

2. Low pressure alarm:

Check whether the expansion valve is damaged. If yes, repair or replace the expansion valve

Check whether refrigerant leaks in the refrigeration cycle system. If so, rectify the leakage and charge refrigerant

Check whether the chilled water pump is faulty. If yes, repair or replace the chilled water pump

Check whether the filter dryer is blocked. If so, replace the filter dryer

Check whether the unit is blocked by ice or dirt. If so, it needs to be cleaned and defrosted

3. Phase sequence alarm:

Check whether the power supply is in reverse phase. If so, adjust the phase line

Check whether the power supply is out of phase. If so, reconnect it

Check whether the phase sequence relay is damaged or not, if so, replace the phase sequence protection relay

4. Compressor fault alarm:

(1). Start load is large, can not start or immediately stop protection after starting

    Reasons:                                   

        The power supply voltage is too low

        The motor winding is burned or broken or the compressor is worn and burned

        The AC contactor is damaged

        Pressure controller or temperature sensor is not properly adjusted
    Solutions:

        Repair the circuit system and supply power as required

        Remove the compressor, internal maintenance

        Repair the AC contactor

        Adjust pressure sensor or temperature sensor

(2). Compressor body temperature is too high:

    Reasons:                                                           

        Abnormal friction of moving parts

        Severe inspiratory overheating

        Exhaust pressure too high

        The oil temperature is too high

        Compressor burn caused by impurities in the machine

        Insufficient fuel injection

    Solutions:

        Remove the compressor for internal maintenance

        Adjust the throttle valve properly

        Check high pressure system and cooling water system

        Check the oil cooler

        Stop the compressor to check the inside, discharge impurities

        Increase the amount of fuel injection

(3). Excessive noise or abnormal vibration of compressor after startup:

    Reasons:                                                            

        Inhaling excess liquid refrigerant

        Excessive bearing wear or damage

        Foreign body in compressor

        The coupling shaft part is loose

    Solutions:

        Stop the machine to discharge the liquid from the compressor

        Replace the bearing

        Repair compressor and suction filter

        Tighten bolts or replace couplings

(4). The compressor's cooling capacity or cooling capacity is insufficient:

    Reasons:                                                           

        Suction filter blockage

        Compressor bearing clearance is too large after wear

        Insufficient cooling water or high water temperature

        Filter dryer blocking

        Throttle valve dirty or ice blocked

        There is too much air or refrigerant leakage in the system

        Clean suction filter

5. Alarm for excessive water temperature difference between inlet and outlet of evaporator:

    Climaveneta unit will send alarm signal when the temperature difference between inlet and outlet of evaporator exceeds 8 ℃

    The temperature difference between inlet and outlet water will increase the power consumption of the unit and reduce the energy efficiency ratio. The possible reasons are as follows:

        The chilled water flow is small. Solutions: 1, Increase water flow; 2, check the water pump. If the water pump fails, repair or replace the water pump.

        The opening of pipeline regulating valve is small. Solution: increase the opening of the regulating valve.

        The water system of the heat exchanger is dirty and blocked. Solutions: 1 Clean the evaporator; 2. check the water pump filter and remove the dirt and blockage.

6. The approach temperature is high. (Large temperature difference between cooling water outlet temperature and condensing saturation temperature):

    Reasons:                                                           

        1,There is air in the condenser.

        2,Condenser efficient heat exchange tube fouling.

        3,Air was solved in the cooling water.

    Solutions:

        1, Open the exhaust valve at the upper end of the condenser end cap to discharge the compressed air from the condenser.

        2, Clean the high-efficiency heat exchange condenser to ensure efficient heat exchange between the refrigerant and water.

        3, Check the cooling tower and pump to check the water quality. Check the cooling water discharge to ensure that there is no foam in the water and improve the packing of the pump suction port; insert the suction port of the water pump into the water
