•The unit is small in thickness and light in weight. It is a compact unit specially designed for air conditioning space with strict requirements. The unit adopts the design of semi buried lifting beam, front electric control box, removable side plate and filter, which facilitates the installation and later maintenance of the equipment.
Exquisite appearance, firm and durable
•The unit adopts high-quality galvanized steel plate as box plate, which is exquisite and beautiful. PE insulation board is attached to the box plate, which can effectively prevent the condensation of the box and ensure the reliable operation of the unit.
Optimized design, high efficiency and low noise
•The direct connected or external rotor double air inlet centrifugal fan has high transmission efficiency, stable operation and effectively reduces the noise of the unit.
•The integral large water pan design eliminates the floating water leakage of condensate.
High flexibility and reasonable matching
•The air volume of the unit is in the range of 1500-20000m3/h, and more type selection schemes are provided, which can significantly save the initial investment cost of the air conditioning project.
•Filter module: removable filter is adopted, and two selection modes of side extraction and down extraction can be provided according to the installation space.
•Refrigeration module: the copper tube and aluminum fins are closely matched, the process design is reasonable, the water side resistance of the coil is average, and the heat exchange is uniform and efficient.
•Heating module: reasonable water side process design, average water side resistance of coil, uniform and efficient heat exchange, even if high-temperature water is introduced, the scaling phenomenon inside the copper pipe can be avoided to the greatest extent.
•Humidification module: wet film humidifier is adopted, with wet film thickness of 50~150mm and high humidification efficiency.
•Control module: there are three control alternatives.

Structural design:
•Air Handling Unit adopts aluminum alloy composite frame structure, and the frame is closely connected with high-strength nylon as tee, with continuous and flat surface and clear and smooth appearance. The unit adopts sheet metal base with galvanized surface.
Panel:
•The box plate is a double-layer sandwich structure. The inner and outer panels are made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and other materials such as stainless steel can also be selected according to customer requirements.
Coil:
•The punching machine uses European imported self-evaporating flake oil to make the aluminum sheet automatically form a protective film to resist corrosion and reduce the residence time of the condensed water on the surface of the aluminum sheet, increasing the heat exchange efficiency of the coil, and reducing the wind resistance.
•The heat exchange coil adopts computer programming automation optimization design, and adopts different internal processes according to different flow rates, temperature differences and working conditions, so that the heat exchange performance of the coil and the water pressure loss of the coil are kept within a reasonable and efficient range which reduces engineering application difficulty.
•The coil is made of seamless copper tubes and aluminum fins.Hydrophilic aluminum sheet is optional.
•Adopting high quality copper tube. With 4/6/8-row cold water coil and 1/2-row hot water coil available.
•The copper tubes wear the fin as a whole and are mechanically expanded to aluminum fins tightly to minimize thermal resistance.
Fan & motor:
