•The unit is small in thickness and light in weight. It is a compact unit specially designed for air conditioning space with strict requirements. The unit adopts the design of semi buried lifting beam, front electric control box, removable side plate and filter, which facilitates the installation and later maintenance of the equipment.

Exquisite appearance, firm and durable
•The unit adopts high-quality galvanized steel plate as box plate, which is exquisite and beautiful. PE insulation board is attached to the box plate, which can effectively prevent the condensation of the box and ensure the reliable operation of the unit.

Optimized design, high efficiency and low noise
•The direct connected or external rotor double air inlet centrifugal fan has high transmission efficiency, stable operation and effectively reduces the noise of the unit.
•The integral large water pan design eliminates the floating water leakage of condensate.

High flexibility and reasonable matching
•The air volume of the unit is in the range of 1500-20000m3/h, and more type selection schemes are provided, which can significantly save the initial investment cost of the air conditioning project.

Structural design:
•Air Handling Unit adopts aluminum alloy composite frame structure, and the frame is closely connected with high-strength nylon as tee, with continuous and flat surface and clear and smooth appearance. The unit adopts sheet metal base with galvanized surface.

Panel:
•The box plate is a double-layer sandwich structure. The inner and outer panels are made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate, and other materials such as stainless steel can also be selected according to customer requirements.

Coil:
•The punching machine uses European imported self-evaporating flake oil to make the aluminum sheet automatically form a protective film to resist corrosion and reduce the residence time of the condensed water on the surface of the aluminum sheet, increasing the heat exchange efficiency of the coil, and reducing the wind resistance.
•The heat exchange coil adopts computer programming automation optimization design, and adopts different internal processes according to different flow rates, temperature differences and working conditions, so that the heat exchange performance of the coil and the water pressure loss of the coil are kept within a reasonable and efficient range which reduces engineering application difficulty.
•The coil is made of seamless copper tubes and aluminum fins.Hydrophilic aluminum sheet is optional.
•Adopting high quality copper tube. With 4/6/8-row cold water coil and 1/2-row hot water coil available.
•The copper tubes wear the fin as a whole and are mechanically expanded to aluminum fins tightly to minimize thermal resistance.

Fan & motor:
•Centrifugal fan with external rotor, belt-driver or direct-driver.
•Motor is three-phase asynchronous motor with good quality, IP54 protection and class F insulation.

Structural design:
•"ALPS" Boutique House Dehumidification Fresh Air Unit is sprayed with high-quality galvanized steel plate, the bearing parts are thickened, the structure is solid and not easy to deform;
•20mm rubber and plastic insulation shall be laid inside the unit, and the air outlet static pressure box shall be set with silencing insulation;
•The whole unit is tightly sealed, which can effectively prevent dust from penetrating into the unit and improve the cleanliness of the air system;
•Square air inlets and outlets shall be set, and the flanges of air inlets shall be provided with insect proof nets;
•Thermal insulation layer shall be set at the air outlet to prevent Thermal bridging and no condensation;
•An integral access door is set, which is tightly sealed and has low air leakage rate.

Coil:

U-type dehumidified reheat heat pipe:
•Used for dehumidification and reheating under cooling and dehumidification conditions;
•No additional energy consumption, and realize circulating cold / heat "handling" through internal refrigerant phase change;
•Reheat temperature rises to 3~6 ℃, avoiding dew point air supply.

Condensation pan:
•304 stainless steel water pan;
•The water pan completely wraps all condensable parts of the heat exchanger and extends to the downstream of the gas flow;
•During positive pressure operation, there is no accumulated water in the water pan and the "dry" state is maintained;
•Optional lift pump.

EC Fan:
•Brushless DC motor: high efficiency, low noise, stepless speed regulation;
•Integrated structure of fan and motor: direct connection without volute;
•Large diameter wing impeller is adopted;

Purification and Filtration:
•Insect proof net is set in the unit;
•Configure plate G4 primary filter;
•Equipped with HEPA plate type low resistance and high efficiency H10 purification filter, the filtration efficiency of pm0.5 is more than 99%;
•The insect proof net and filter are equipped with special guide rails to facilitate down pumping maintenance.

Intelligent Control:
•The unit is equipped with an open control system;
•Fresh air filtration: pressure difference control of medium and low efficiency filter screen.
•Air volume adjustment: high, medium and low air volumes can be selected, and each air volume value can be set.
•Temperature control: control the water flow of coil to reach the set value of air outlet temperature.
•Humidity control: under dehumidification mode, the water valve is fully open.
•Antifreeze in winter: when the machine is stopped and the fresh air temperature is lower than the set value, the water valve is opened with a small opening; When starting the machine, open the water valve first. When the water temperature rises to greater than the set value of the air outlet temperature, open the fan.
•RS485 communication: RS485 communication port can connect the unit to the centralized control system.
