ERACS.C-INV series Cooling capacity: 287~1500kW The unit adopts variable frequency compressor, variable frequency external rotor fan, electronic expansion valve, inverted M-fin heat exchanger, high-quality controller and other configurations. The unit starts with variable frequency, has small starting current, high efficiency of partial load, high efficiency, stability and energy saving. Compared with ordinary units, the investment can be recovered within 2 years. Air-cooled chiller is a central air conditioning unit with air as the cooling source and water as the cooling medium, which can meet the year-round refrigeration needs of buildings or process systems. The unit can be directly installed on the roof or outdoor space, without special machine room, without cooling tower, cooling water pump and cooling water pipeline system, the whole system has simple structure, convenient application, can be widely used in data center, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, factories, office buildings and other different types of buildings. Brine or glycol solution can also be used as secondary refrigerant. The unit can also output process cold water of -8 ~ 16℃ to meet the needs of process air conditioning and process refrigeration. The whole series of products meet the national energy-saving standards.

Frame Structure Description:

Base and frame in thick hot-galvanised shaped sheet steel. All parts polyesters-painted.

Compressor Description:

1, screw: semi-closed double screw compressor, not only smooth operation, precision compressor rotor clearance, but also to minimize the leakage of high and low pressure side, thus improving the efficiency of the compressor, high COP value.
2. Rotary bearing: aviation grade bearing, strong and wear-resistant. By optimizing the torque distribution and reducing the pressure difference between front and rear, the axial torque and radial torque are reduced at the same time, and the bearing force is improved and its life is extended effectively.
3, oil separator: the press built-in three high efficiency oil separator, even in the very high exhaust speed also ensure high oil separation effect, through improving the oil lubrication mode, effectively reduce the exhaust oil content and exhaust overheat, so as to further improve the oil separation effect.
4, Inverter control: by frequency conversion energy control, the cooling capacity can be stepless adjustment in the range of 20%-100%."

Evaporator Description:

●Direct expansion heat exchanger type with asymmetric refrigerant paths to maintain the correct refrigerant velocity inside the tubes during both liquid and gaseous phases.
●The steel shell is insulated with a closed-cell anticondensation lining. The copper pipes are internally grooved so as to improve the heat exchange. The pipes are mechanically expanded onto the tube plate ends. An antifreeze electric heater prevents the formation of ice inside the casing of the exchanger when the unit is not operating but connected to the electrical supply. Differential pressure switch for controlling the water flow is fitted standard.
●The design, manufacture and inspection of the evaporator comply with national standards and regulations for pressure vessels such as GB / 150 steel pressure vessels and JB / 4765 pressure vessels for refrigeration devices.

Condenser:

1. The inverted M structure is adopted to increase the heat exchange area under the premise of constant unit volume; Uniform distribution of wind speed to achieve high performance heat exchange;
2. The air-cooled condenser adopts the original secondary refrigerant loop technology, which is composed of copper tube through aluminum fin. The end of the condenser is connected with the secondary refrigeration loop, so that the refrigerant is in a state of undercooling, and the internal threaded tube is used to increase the heat exchange area and the disturbance of freon;

Control Cabinet:

1, the unit starting and microcomputer control part integrated in the same control cabinet body, located in the front of the unit, convenient for field operators in the machine room and between the unit operation, all electrical parts of the maintenance can be carried out in the front of the unit.
2, the electrical control box is made of high quality steel plate, the outer surface has been galvanized powder spraying treatment, so that its weather resistance is good, and can effectively protect the electrical components of the unit.
3, for the safety of the operator, once the host power on, the operator will not be able to open the control and electrical parts of the isolation board, to ensure the safety of the operator.

● New generation regulation system with human-computer interface, better extended utility, supervision and compatibility.
● Panel screen on the unit, easy operation, better protection Microprocessor regulation fulfill human-free running.
● W3000 with LCD display, multi-language & multilevel menu for data display & set-point regulation .According to CLIMAVENETA tradition, another display of compressor’ working data is adopted for easy supervision.
● Dedicated W3000 microprocessor is inserted with CLIMAVENETA control algorithm to make sure energy saving and reliability.
● FIFO compressor running time balance function extends unit’ working life;
● Auto compressor power input control following with load change from 25-100% for energy saving;
● Environment adaptation by data regulation and setting;
● Modulating measurement is used for temperature pressure protection. It can increase reliability and predict fault occurs.
● Expansion kit for remote control and group control.
● Available in BMS control, such as ModBus, LonWorks, BacNet control system.
● Microprocessor have complete fault predict, alarm, record and self diagnose function assuring operation protection & working state.
● “Black Box” record 400 faults and 200 data before each fault, which diagnose & remove fault quickly
● We also can find potential fault and take preventive action before it occur by CLIMAVENETA remote service program

The total harmonic distortion rate THD can be less than 5%, and the power factor of automatic correction and compensation displacement can reach 0.95 during the operation of the unit. Frequency converter adopts refrigerant cooling, optimized pipeline design, which not only ensures the cooling of frequency converter, but also avoids unnecessary cold loss.
