The water-cooled magnetic levitation chiller and the frequency conversion screw chiller are adopted to provide a cold source for the data center, and the full-frequency conversion unit ensures the stability of the effluent at 12 °C

Solution:

With a water-cooled air conditioning system, when the outdoor ambient temperature is low, you can shut down the refrigeration unit with a plate heat exchanger for heat exchange into the water cooling accessible cooling mode. This reduces the time it takes to turn on the unit and reduces energy consumption. A plate heat exchanger is connected in series in front of the unit's evaporator. The frozen water return water first passes through the plate exchange, and then the cooling water from the cold tower is heat exchanged. The frozen water is pre-cooled at the plate change. It then enters the unit, reducing the cooling load until it stops running.
