" Project scale: The construction area of the data center building is about 8300 square meters, with 1 floor underground and 4 floors above ground; ECC (monitoring hall, equipment room, emergency command center, conference room, consultation room) related area is about 572 square meters. Project location: Located in Harbin High-tech Zone, Harbin Science and Technology Innovation City Software Park, Heilongjiang Province, China. Harbin bank jiangbei new data center construction, mainly for the further development of Harbin bank to provide physical infrastructure support, the corresponding matching project will provide data center room including energy, environment, security, monitoring, disaster prevention and automation in aspects such as the environment, and to provide reliable, safe and uninterrupted aspects such as sustainable development space. The total area of the machine room is about 1825 square meters, and the remaining area is auxiliary function area. Critical infrastructure adopts fault-tolerant redundancy operation mode, completely eliminates single point of failure, and realizes efficient real-time management of data center infrastructure through advanced intelligent monitoring and management platform, thus reducing risks and improving availability. The total load of the phase I project should be controlled within 5000kVA. The IT load of the cabinets in the three-floor machine room and the four-floor machine room should be designed as 4kW/ cabinet, and the load of the network cabinet should be designed as 2kW/ cabinet. The second phase of the project refers to the second floor machine room. The second floor F2-1 machine room is designed according to 4.5KW/cabinet, and the former F2-2 machine room is used as power distribution and transformation room.
