"The data center of China Construction Bank Head Office is located in Daoxiang Lake Production Base, a financial disaster recovery base in Beijing. The project is located in the C6-15 and C6-16 plots of Zhongguancun Innovation Park, Beiqing Road, Haidian District, Beijing, with a total land area of about 136,200 square meters, with a total construction area of about 283,971 square meters. The data room has 2 floors underground and 4 floors above ground, with a building height of 24m. The building category is a multi-storey building. Fire resistance class: first class. Seismic intensity: 9 degrees. The data computer room of this project has 3 data computer room buildings B, C, and D. The construction area of each computer room building is about 46,500 square meters, and the construction area of the computer room building is about 139,600 square meters. There are 4 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The height is 24 m; there are substations, battery rooms, pump rooms, fan rooms, etc. from the first basement to the second basement, and the module computer room, telecommunication access room, test computer room, network core computer room, etc. on the ground floor to the fourth floor . It is currently the largest financial T4-level data center in China and in Asia, and will undertake the background processing of all financial data of CCB.

Solution:

The center is designed by the top IDC experts from HP and China Architectural Design and Research Institute, and the PUE is expected to reach below 1.45. It is also the most advanced and energy-saving green IDC in China. It adopts a large number of the latest international technologies and energy-saving concepts, such as solar energy, air-cooled natural cooling integrated unit, no water consumption design, ice storage design, etc. At the same time, in order to avoid the reliability problem of a single water source, the center design adopts the air-cooled natural cooling technology commonly used in Europe to avoid any water consumption. Guaranteed reliability, truly reaching T4 level. 24 air-cooled chillers with natural cooling (built-in ethylene glycol pump and heat exchanger or external ethylene glycol pump and heat exchanger) are selected for the cold source of the data room, and the supply and return water temperature is 11.5/18°C. A total of 48 large-scale air-cooled natural cooling units are located on the roof and do not occupy the area of ​​the computer room. The technical team of Tsinghua University provides professional CFD simulation test data. Make sure there are no thermal effects. The unit provides uninterrupted cold water to continuously supply the data center's computer room air conditioner.
